How to transform the posture of teams towards customers through training?
Context and challenges :
As part of a Prevention and Performance project, CASART Rhône-Alpes has launched a support project for companies in its territory to set up cooperative projects in the service of a better quality of life at work and a better overall performance.
This project was set up through support from the CARSAT teams in partnership with the company's employees (grippers, managers, CHSCT).
