How to transform the posture of teams towards customers through training? 

Context and challenges :

As part of a Prevention and Performance project, CASART Rhône-Alpes has launched a support project for companies in its territory to set up cooperative projects in the service of a better quality of life at work and a better overall performance

This project was set up through support from the CARSAT teams in partnership with the company's employees (grippers, managers, CHSCT). 

Ré&el's response: 

Implementation of a support system for teams to move from a prescriber position to a pose accompanying person for their customers. 


Creation and deployment of a training and support program for :

  • Align representations 

  • Sharing a common base

  • Agree on priorities 

  • Master and test a customer support methodology
