Context and challenges :
Chartres Métropole Habitat has identified a lack of robustness of its processes leading to problems both in terms of current management and in its prospects of medium-term development.
The Metropolis therefore wishes activate levers using Lean tools to cultivate transversality, strengthen the quality produced, gain serenity in daily management, etc.
