Of the departures of key people lead CCIAG to reconsider the organization of the technical and commercial departments.

• How to create a scalable organization? 

• How to balance the different management positions in companies? 

• How to manage production sites (pooling, matrix management, etc.)?

Definition and validation of a target organization first, which encourages the support of employees through interview techniques and collective feedback.

Accompaniment of the change towards this new organization by maintaining a social dialogue with a space for expression and co-construction for employees.
